Description
1. The shaftless transmission (electronic shaft) high-speed bronzing machine used for paper roll is designed by our company for cigarette auxiliary materials tipping paper. With humanized design and multiple patents, this model of machine has all of its applying functions met EU CE standard and developed and researched independently.
2. The machine adopts SIEMENS motion controller, electronic shaft transmission, S120 servo motor control system, floating roller tension control and bus communication control method. It is a leading product among its counterparts in the aspect of reliability, stability and highest degree of automation as it applies SIEMENS integrated 4-channel electronic shaft special overprinting pneumatic impression device, preheating control, paper drying system with hot air circulation, temperature automatic control, strong air force and low energy consumption. The machine operates conveniently as it runs in balance, the hop hot stamping and overprinting operate steadily, the structure is compact and its appearance is nice-looking.
